Pattaya Mayor was guest of honour at the Sawangfa temple on Thursday afternoon to launch a merit making ceremony to celebrate the construction of a memorial arch dedicated to His Majesty the King. After the blessing by monks, an offering of robes and other needs were handed to the monks of the temple.
