The residents of a village in Borwin Sriracha caused stink at the local administration office on Tuesday.  Quite literally, as the villagers complained about the actions of a worker who was continuously dumping human waste onto nearby empty land.  Needless to say, the stench became unbearable for the village folk, so they made the complaint.  An officer went to investigate and discovered the 20 year old culprit Sutat in the act of disposing waste from his truck that he had illegally collected from nearby village toilets.  Subsequently he was fined and warned not to do such insanitary actions again.
