On Thursday at the Baan Chark-ngaew School, Huay yai’s Mayor Mr. Pairat Trai-su-pa-choke, and the Huay Yai Public Health Department held a Public Health Activity Day. The officials came to administer Rabies vaccine to all dogs and cats in the area, as well as birth control, to keep soi dogs and cats in controllable numbers. Pet owners were taught the proper way to care for their pets by the Livestock Control Chief of Banglamung, Mr. Samart Bunsasoem, and the Public Health office will continue with the Rabies Vaccinations and Birth Control in other areas to prevent the spread of Rabies before the weather gets hotter.
