On Thursday, the President of the Windsurfer’s Association of Thailand Mr. Ittipon Khunpleum held a press conference to announce some outstanding news. 2 of the association’s windsurfers, Mr. Ek Bunsawat and Miss Napalai Tarnsai were selected to compete in the upcoming Olympic Games in England. These 2 windsurfers had won the 2012 RS: X World Windsurfing Championship in Spain in March 2012. The 2 windsurfers are immediately going to a training camp under the supervision of Coach Aran Hom-ra-reun, after receiving this award from the President. They will train to be in top shape for the actual Olympics which will be held from July 28th – August 12th, 2012, where the water sports will be held in Weymouth, on the south coast of England.
