Half a Million Baht of Goods Stolen from Model Car Shop
On Tuesday, the Sriracha Police were called to investigate a burglary at the M Speed Remote Controlled Cars and Planes Shop in Bang Pra, Sriracha. The store is located on Sukhumvit Road, and at the scene, the police found that the lock on the steel shutter, and even the lock on the front glass door, were broken. Over 10 expensive remote controlled cars worth over 200,000 Baht were swiped, along with accessories worth another 200,000 Baht, 6 remote controls worth 60,000 Baht, 3 small radio controlled helicopters worth 5,000 Baht, and a notebook computer worth 40,000 Baht.
The only clues the police found were sports shoes prints and finger prints, and the police expect that no less than 2 criminals committed this theft. The officers assume the thieves must have been customers of this store, and were well aware of the value of stolen items. Further investigations will continue.
