On Wednesday afternoon at Pattaya City Hall, a meeting was held to prepare the responsible officials and authorities for the upcoming “Wan Lai Pattaya festival” which will be on Thursday, 19th April when water battles commence.  Pattaya City Hall will hold a Wan Lai Pattaya Festival along Pattaya Beach Road, which promises to be bigger than ever. To begin the event a Morning Food Offering Ceremony will be held to allow people to give food to the monks and obtain merit from 7 am.

Following this will be a Buddha Image Parade around the town from Chaimongkol Temple to 2nd Road to Central Road and then along Pattaya Beach Road for people to put water on the images for good luck.

After the parade, the water battles begin for the fun time of Pattaya residents and tourists.
