An entering the monkhood ceremony took place over the weekend, when Police Cadet Patchayanon Neesagoon became a novice monk at Tamsamakee temple. His parents, Captain Wipat and Mrs Watana Neesagoon organised the ceremony for their son. Guest of honour was Pattaya Mayor Ittipol Khunplume who gave a speech and by tradition placed a chain of flowers onto the new monk’s neck.
