On Saturday afternoon at the Royal Garden Plaza, The Tourism Authority of Thailand Pattaya Chapter, in cooperation with the Royal Garden Plaza held the “Thailand International R/C Drift Competition 2012 @ Royal Garden Plaza” . This competition let all remote controlled toy lovers explore their favorite world by signing in to compete, or just watch the Drift Competition. The contest employed international standards and Japanese judges to referee the races, and to learn more about competing with these remote controlled vehicles.

The top prize was tickets to Japan, to represent Thailand in the upcoming Asia International R/C Drift, as well vie for as cash awards and trophies. In general, this was a new dimension of  hobby sports for Thais, and it needs to be explored more.
