The Pra-put-ta-so-torn Buddha Image has been the main Buddha for local residents of Chonburi for almost 100 years. So during Songkran, for celestial protection, the Bunsampan Community hosted a Parade for the people in Khaonoi and Bunsampan Communities, so the residents could pour water on the Pra-put-ta-so-torn Buddha Image in the parade and pray for luck and happiness. All this before the fun starts with water battles, to warm up for the real Wan Lai, the flowing waters, on April 19th.
