On Monday, the Royal Thai Police Commissioner Region 2, Police Lt General Dr. Panya Mamen together with Superintendent of Banglamung Police, Police Colonel Somnuek Changate paid a visit to Bangkok Hospital Pattaya.   There they met up with Mr. Prasit Bunserm, a traffic civilian volunteer.  The 48 year old volunteer suffered a broken arm whilst on duty after confronting a criminal trying to escape on a motorcycle at a road checkpoint on Naklua Old Market Bridge.  The VIPs handed over gifts and personal funds to help Mr. Prasit in the near future.
