On Tuesday on the sports field of Rungrueang Village, Khun Tee-ra-wit Thong-nok the Municipal Clerk of Nongprue, chaired a water-pouring ceremony to request blessings from respected elders in Rungrueang Village. The ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the community, Khun Am-poo Khat-ti-ya, the community committee, and other related individuals. The ceremony began with the head of the community apologizing for any misdeeds, then asking for blessings from the elders. This year more than 20 seniors participated in the ceremony. After the event the committee members presented bags of rice to the elders, and everyone returned home pleased with the day’s devotion and camaraderie.
