The Sawang Boriboon Rescue Team notified Pattaya Police on Thursday afternoon to come investigate an assault incident at a pub on Third Road.  When they arrived they found a woman being given first aid for a deep knife wound to her right arm, and was about to be taken to hospital.   Her suspect attacker was her partner of 5 years Sanit, who claimed that she self inflicted the wound after an argument. However, when police received information that the man had just been released from jail for assault, further investigations are in order.
