Chonburi police arrested two men on Sunday afternoon for theft of a truck.  Suradet aged 26 and Tossawat aged 51, claimed that they worked as agents for a finance company, and the transport company owner of the truck in question was months behind in payment.  Therefore, the two paid a visit to the company and waited for the truck to appear, in order to block it and impound it.   However, when confronted, the men could not produce any relevant documents to prove their status and rights, so the company owner pressed charges against them for theft.  The case continues.
