The Northern Thai province of Phayao is famous for producing the exotic Lychee fruit. As they are now being harvested, a special promotion of the sweet tasting fruit was held on Sunday at the Pacific Park Mall in Sriracha. The aim of the Lychee Festival was to encourage the public to visit the province to boost the local tourist industry.
