On Monday afternoon, Pattaya’s Permanent Secretary Mr. Pagorn Su-kon-ta-chart and his team visited Bangkok Hospital Pattaya to give the support to the 2 Rotarian members from Bangladesh, who were drugged by a prostitute over the past weekend. 

Both of the tourists had come out of their comas, but one of them was still under the close supervision of the medical team, and on life support.The visit comforted the Bangladeshis, who were informed by the Permanent Secretary that the offender had been arrested.
