In the early hours of Thursday morning Banglamung police were called by the Sawang Boriboon Rescue Team to investigate a drunken man threatening to jump off a pedestrian bridge near a local temple on Sukhumvit Road. The man, 51 year old Chuchart, a security guard, was depressed after claiming that his employer was cutting his salary each month. The police managed to calm the man down and took him home to recover from his drunken state.
