Executive Chef Raymond Schmale and the Management of the Blue Olive Restaurant pulled out all the stops on Saturday evening to welcome guests to the official grand opening of this excellent Mediterranean style restaurant. Grand was the right word for it, as the top award winning chef Ray from Nuremburg hosted the evening with a free flow of wines and soft drinks, as he invited everyone to tuck into the delicious finger foods that were available from the open kitchen, and from next door at the Swiss Canadian Meat Stuff Company. The Blue Olive, located on Moo 12 off Soi 8 of Thepprasit Road, will surely become a favourite restaurant for anyone who demands fine dining.
