On Wednesday morning Nongkam police surrounded an area of a market after complaints that a number of motorcycles had been stolen there in recent days.  Indeed, they found three boys aged 15 walking around and acting suspiciously, with one of them carrying a steel bar, known to start up engines. They were stopped and searched and one was carrying a .22 revolver.  They were taken away and later confessed to stealing bikes in the area.  They were detained and their parents were informed of their little darlings’ antics.
