At Central Center Mall on Pattaya’s 2nd Road, in the premises of Big C North Pattaya, the Royal Thai and American Navies held a concert called the “Community Relations Public Concert”. The music was to publicize the CARAT Training Project 2012 being held in Sattahip and the upper part of the Gulf of Thailand. CARAT is an acronym for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training, and the Objectives of CARAT include enhancing regional cooperation; building friendships, and strengthening professional skills. CARAT 2012 is the latest bilateral military exercise being conducted by U.S. Pacific Fleet.
