On Tuesday afternoon, Mr. Ben Simon Peri, an Israeli tourist walked into Pattaya Police station to report a woman suspected of drugging and robbing him.  The 62 year old man presented an ID belonging to a Miss Nitima Buapan, a street girl who he claimed he met on Walking Street and who agreed to go back with him to his hotel room for a chat and a game of tiddlywinks.  They had a drink in the lobby of the Sun View hotel on Soi Buakhao, after which he felt rather groggy.  They went to his room and all he remembers is waking up in the shower, the woman gone and his possessions missing.  He claimed an expensive watch, 30,000 baht and 1,500 US dollars were taken.  The woman’s ID was still at the hotel’s reception. A report was made and an investigation is now underway to find the suspect woman.
