As May 31st is the World’s Anti-smoking Day, the Management of the Dusit Pattaya Hotel, led by the General Manager Mr. Chacha-waan Supachayanon initiated “Dusit’s No Smoking Day”. The staff held this activity on Saturday, June 2nd, to allow the most employees and guests to join the campaign, as Saturday would be easier than a week day. The fun included a big football match between “the Tough Guys VS the Golden Legged Girls” and a Competition for the Best Message of The Year to encourage everyone to stop smoking.

There also were exhibitions emphasizing the consequences of smoking, and the tricks and traps of cigarette manufacturers. Certificates were presented to the employees who promised to stop smoking, and many of the staff decided to turn over a new leaf, and quit, after being encouraged by this campaign.
