Pattaya police were called out on Monday evening to a restaurant near City Hall on North Road where a bag snatching had occurred.  The victims, Dr. Jirapan and his family were walking back to their car when two teenagers on motorcycles came by and one snatched a shoulder bag from the doctor and speeded off towards Sukhumvit Road.  The doctor who works at Banglamung hospital stated that there was quite a substantial amount of money and important documents in the bag.   A report was made and an investigation is now under way.
