On Wednesday morning the Pattaya Radio Center received a call that a dead bottlenose dolphin had been found on Jomtien Beach opposite Soi 1. It had been entangled in a fishing net, still attached to its tail. A local umbrella and chair rental vendor stated that he saw a group of dolphins swimming off shore a few days prior to the incident.
