Local residents living near Sriracha harbor filed a complaint on Thursday morning about broken traffic lights at the junction of the harbor and the main road. Apparently, a trailer crashed into the post two weeks ago, and even though they have been notified, no one from the highway department has responded to take action to repair the lights.
