After receiving information about a dice gambling party taking place on a side road off Second Road in Pattaya, police went along to investigate.  There indeed, officers came across a group of motorcycle taxi riders and local vendors so immersed in playing the Hi Lo dice game that they didn’t have a chance when police pounced and managed to arrest two men and a woman.  They were all taken away to be fined and their names to be recorded at the police station.
