Permanent Secretary of Pattaya City Hall, Mr. Pagorn Sukontachart opened a seminar on kindergarten education at the Town-in-Town Hotel off Central Road. Attending were a total of 80 teachers from government kindergartens to learn about new standards of education activities and plans for young students as fixed by Parliament.
