The Pattaya Police were called when 3 ladyboys were apprehended at 5 am on Sunday, in front of Mixx Disco, by Balihai Pier. A group of people had cornered the thieves after they snatched the wallet of Mr. Rajat Poonia, aged 28 from India. The victim identified the 3 gangsters, Mr. Pratyaporn aged 20, Mr. Wichai, aged 22 and Mr. Surasak, aged 23 as the pickpockets who filched his wallet containing 4,000 Rupees and some Thai Baht.
Mr. Rajat stated that the incident happened in the most classic way. The 3 ladyboys approached him while he was standing in front of Mixx Disco, enjoying the view. They tried to offer him some sexual favors while feeling up his body, and he sensed his wallet being pulled out of his pocket. Before they could walk away, he shouted for help, and the local people did help to apprehend these gangsters.
The most popular alibi was given by the 3 ladyboys for their misdeed: that they needed the money for rent, but they were sent for legal proceedings immediately.
