On Monday at Surasak Municipality, Mayor Ahkom Pan-cha-lerm-chai held a meeting to continue the 25 Pineapple Eyes Project to fight narcotics in the community. The 25 Pineapple Eyes Project was established recently to enlist volunteers from each community. They will monitor narcotics issues in each community, and now it is time to take the 2nd step by appointing 25 Watchers to monitor each community. Each Watcher will be responsible for 10-15 families or 40-50 persons.
Sriracha’s Sheriff Mr. Wichai Sampantarat gave a lecture about narcotics and the Management Plans, including Assistance Plans for helping the drug addicts, how to Locate drug addicts and treatment methods available. This project has succeeded as many folks signed up to work with the officials, and it is considered a great and effective project of Surasak Municipality.
