Pattaya police got involved in yet another snatching in the early hours of Tuesday morning, this time the victim was a Swedish tourist.   Mr. Micke Nylander aged 46 from Sweden, walked into the police station to report that his Swedish girlfriend’s white gold necklace worth 900,000 baht was snatched from around her neck whilst he was riding his motorcycle along Sukhumvit Road.  He was victim to a gang of about 7 men on motorcycles that did the deed and then fled the scene.   Police are now studying CCTV footage at the crime scene and a reward of 50,000 baht is now available for the return of the necklace.
