First to Tuesday, when we travelled to Emerald, where we were greeted with a near empty course! The front 9 greens are in very good condition following their recent maintenance, with the back 9 just being cored the day before, they were a bit of a lottery. Having said that, they were reasonable & same for everybody, so we got on with it. Jonathan Pratt (18) played consistently 18/18 for 36 points to lead the way home from Clive Hoseason (23) with 34. Clive just edging Bob Lindborg (20) out of 2nd spot on a countback to the last 6 holes. NTPs were secured by Jeff with 2, while Jonathan & Bob got the others. Thursday rolled around, with a planned visit to Pleasant Valley, however the rain was coming down in buckets, so we got to the overpass, did a U turn & came home, bummer!
