Members of the Public Health Department plus their volunteers met up on Monday at Pattaya City Hall to attend a special legal programme.  The aim of the project is to inform and educate these officers about consumer rights on subjects such as false advertising claims, contaminated food, selling out of date food items, and vendors failing to place price tickets on their products.
