The Sawang Boriboon Rescue Team was called on Sunday to attend to a vehicle crash incident that had occurred on Sukhumvit Road near Soi Chaiyapruek. Involved in the accident were a Toyota Fortuner and a Toyota pickup truck.  The rescue team attended to 14 members of a family who were passengers in the pickup truck, visiting Pattaya on a holiday from Nakhon Sawan province.  According to the pickup driver, the Fortuner hit the back of the truck causing it to climb onto the footpath.  However, the story given by the Fortuner driver, Mrs. Parnjan stated that the pickup made a sudden u-turn in front of her car, causing her to brake and crash into the truck. Fortunately, no one was seriously hurt and the case continues as to who is in the wrong.
