A developing trend among the affluent in Thailand is to seek “green” housing; homes that go easy on the environment, and offer a bit of nature.
On Wednesday, the Developer of Baan Fah Greenery Housing Project, located in Soi Chaiyaporn-witee, in Nongprue, led by Mr. Somchao Tantaterdtam held an Introduction Day to welcome all reporters to tour the model homes of single and townhouses. The new estate is surrounded by lush greenery and manicured gardens. Baan Fah Greenery is the fifth project of NC Housing on the Eastern Seaboard.
Baan Fah Greenery is located on 41 Rais of land, divided into 48 2-storey-single houses starting at 4.2 million baht, and 158 2 storey-twin houses starting from 3.24 million baht. The project is valued at over 750 million baht, and is located only 500 meters from Sukhumvit Road. The Developer has constructed many well known and reliable housing projects all around Thailand, including Baan Suan Lalana, Baan Fah Rim Hard and The Green Park Jomtien. This construction company guarantees to always provide safe surroundings, all conveniences and classic styles for the homes, with plenty of green gardens to enjoy.
