On Tuesday at Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, Dr. Pasinee Jansoon held an seminar to educate people and students about Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease, which has killed many children in Thailand and Cambodia over the last few months. More Cambodians have suffered from this nasty virus, as Cambodia’s hygiene standards are poor.  Nonetheless, many children in Rayong province have been diagnosed with Hand-Foot-Mouth, and the disease has even been diagnosed in Banglamung and Nongprue areas.

The attending teachers and students were taught to prevent and detect this disease at an early stage.  Bangkok Hospital Pattaya can always be reached by dialing 1719, and any kids with a high fever should be immediately examined medics.
