On Saturday at the Grand Heritage Beach Resort & Spa Pattaya, located on Soi Pratamnak 6, Mr. Griang-chai Panit-pakdee celebrated his 74th Birthday. Many guests and MPs showed up with bouquets, presents and best wishes, including Banglamung’s official Mr. Chaowalit Saeng-u-tai, Mr. Sansak Ngaam-pi-ched, and Mr. Chanyut Heng-tra-goon for this proprietor of many hotels and Condominium Projects in Pattaya and Bangkok

Mr. Griangchai hails from Bangkok, and has been very successful with the View Talay Condominium Projects, the Royal Palace Hotel and the Grand Heritage Beach Resort & Spa in Pattaya.  9 Monks were invited to conduct Buddhist prayers, and many family members and friends of Mr. Griangchai attended the Buddhist ceremony to make merit with Mr. Graingchai on his 74th Birthday.
