On Tuesday at the Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, the General Manager Mr. Andre Blueheart and the Director of Tourism of Thailand, Pattaya Chapter, Mr. Attapoen Wannagit introduced Chef Peter Lay to the public. The reporters had a chance to test the Chinese dishes cooked specially by Chef Peter, who has been creating delicious Chinese Cuisine for over 30 years.

The Hot Pot was the key entree for this opening, and the tasty Dim Sums also delighted all the guests and reporters. A special introduction of the chef’s masterpieces will be on offer until Tuesday August 14th and especially, for August 12th , National Mother’s Day.  Chef Peter has prepared a special course for every family who bring their mother to dine at the resort’s “Ginger and Lime” Chinese Restaurant.
