to Mayor Niran Wattanasartsatorn and officials from the school at Pattaya City Hall, on 21^st March at 1.30 pm.

Mayor Niran sees it important to allow this project to go ahead since it would help lessen the traffic around South Pattaya’s junction and set more order to that area.
The underground car park will have 3 floors and a small 1 meter space on the ground for the breezy air to go through. From the 4 plans proposed, Mayor Niran chose the first one that he liked best. The car park can take in 659 cars, and 296 motorbikes.

City Hall also suggested that other than having the stairs for all 3 floors there should also be an elevator for all floors in case any elderly people use the car park or in the case of moving heavy items. Other than that there should be more technology for the car park’s security system like installing CCTV cameras for instance.

Easy Work Company are now putting the additional details into the plan and will make a model of the project and bring it back to City Hall for confirmation as soon as possible.
