Everyone believes that a bad environment is an important factor in many illnesses.
The stress experienced in daily life and work is a factor leading towards “headache” – a painful condition we have all experienced.
More than 90 percent of patients suffer from a pain on one side of the head, called Migraine. The other 10 percent suffer from headaches due to the muscle tension in the neck, abnormality in the brain, the tumor, infection, cerebral hemorrhage, and many other conditions. The cause of the headache is that a system in the body becomes abnormal due to neurological interference, which may come from a mental factor or a physical factor such as a tumor. However, all patients suffering from headache need to be treated and medically diagnosed. An acute and severe headache is a significant warning symptom of many severe diseases. This is why it is important to consult your doctor early, while treatment can still be carried out. Headache can be divided into 2 types; 1. Chronic headache or pain in any part of the body. This chronic pain leads to many problems, e.g., a psychological problem that affects to the family and the life in the society and a problem concerning work capability of the patients. 2. Acute pain. It is necessary for the patient who has this symptom to have a medical diagnosis and treatment for the painful area, though sometimes this can be very difficult. A patient suffering from these symptoms should have a medical check-up as soon as possible. Once you have an acute pain that makes you nauseated, sick, a stiff neck, numbness on the arms and legs or unable to see clearly, please see a doctor immediately. Any person with a chronic headache who takes drugs for more than 3 months to relieve the pain should have a medical examination. If you continue to suffer from pain in any part of your body, despite having seen a doctor for the problem, then you should recheck with a specialist in specified field.
