Mayor of Pattaya Hands Out Certificates At 2 pm on 18th May a certificate ceremony was held at Banglamung Industrial and Community Education College.
Where Mayor Niran Wattanasartsatorn gave honour in presenting the students with their certificates – proof of graduation and completing studies. Altogether 259 students graduated from year 2006.
