This splendid new 3 star hotel which belongs to the Accor Group is beautifully decorated with an emphasis on elaborate wooden features; even the walls are all uniquely wood paneled allowing the guests to admire this cool, modern and sophisticated building.�

The smart 96 seat Seasons Restaurant is also of high quality d�cor with bold colours and again an emphasis on wood. Every evening the restaurant offers a small but high quality ala carte menu together with an excellent Thai Seafood buffet all created by master chef Khun Amporn Pongtoum, who has been working on the international restaurant scene for many years at some of the Accor Group�s 5 star hotels worldwide.� From the ala carte menu, which is available from 11.00am every day, one can choose from a variety of appetizers such as a classic Shrimp Cocktail (120 baht), the ever popular Caesar Salad (150 baht) or a delicious assortment of meat Satay dish at 120 baht.� All the homemade soups are 90 baht with such favourites as French Onion, Minestrone, Tomato and Asparagus.�

There is a good selection of freshly prepared Sandwiches and homemade Burgers all for around 110 to 150 baht.� The Pasta dishes are all 150 baht with popular favourites such as Spaghetti with Bolognese, Carbonara and Alfredo (tomato) Sauces.�

From the main courses one can choose a variety of meat dishes including excellent Fillet Steak (280 baht) and a sizeable T-Bone Steak with all the trimmings at 320 baht.� There are also a number of Grilled Duck and Chicken dishes and even traditional Fish and Chips available to enjoy, plus a number of authentic Thai recipes from 100 baht.��

The Seasons Restaurant has a monthly promotion which this month (May) was a selection of tasty Healthy Food Dishes (including a calorie count for each dish) all meticulously prepared from top quality ingredients.� All dishes are very reasonably priced from 180 to 220 baht.� Dishes include Seared Salmon with Sesame Dressing, Parma Ham with Honeydew Melon and Poached Sea Bass in Thai Broth and Vegetables.� This Health Food promotion has proved so successful with guests that it has now become a permanent feature on the menu.

Therefore, for the month of June the restaurant will create a special Meat Lovers Feast promotion. First off, we sampled two exotic and very potent cocktails called One Summer�s Night and Wintertide both created by Khun Sirirat.� After which we tried three of the promotion�s signature healthy food recipes.� The Poached Sea Bass tasted exceedingly good, the fillets literally melted in the mouth and went well with the selection of mixed vegetables.� Then came an equally delicious Basil marinated Chicken served with a Green Curry and Buckwheat noodles.� Tender slices of marinated Chicken breast dressed with a tasty curry sauce accompanied by perfectly cooked noodles.� Finally, we tried the excellent Seared Salmon Steak served on garden greens with a Sesame dressing.�

After a short respite we were invited to try the Thai Seafood Buffet.� This offers an amazing selection of international fish, meat and pasta dishes, some a fusion of European and Asian recipes all created by Chef Amporn.� There is also a very good salad and dessert selection to enjoy.

Another amazing thing to note is that this �eat as much as you want� buffet costs 400 baht per person.� This delicious buffet is available from 6.00pm until 11.00pm every evening.

The Seasons Restaurant has a good selection of international wine ranging from 1000 to 1600 baht a bottle.� Wine is also sold by the glass for 120 baht.
