Student Volunteers Trained About Clean Food in Schools
Over 100 students and teachers from 18 schools in Pattaya attended a training session held at City Hall and chaired by Deputy Mayor Wattana Chantarawaranon in the morning of Thursday 7th June.
All were lectured and trained about the important subject of food, cleanliness and its preparation. Specialists from the Food and Drug Administration were there to demonstrate food preparation to the wide-eyed students. This kind of training was held before in January and was very successful therefore it was requested again. The specialists exposed the importance of making sure food was prepared correctly, especially in schools and restaurants, because many people have suffered from food poisoning as the food was not fresh and not kept correctly.
